The experience was first class and I have nothing but admiration and praise for the staff that looked after me during my outpatient visit. Each and everyone of them were very professional and most welcoming. Mr Borzoueth (Boz) Mohammadi is a wonderful man and he made feel like I was the only one in his care. I would have liked to have been informed when I was to be visited by the discharge team so I could have been better prepared with questions and concerns. The discharge process was incredibly protracted to the point where I would have preferred to have stayed another night at the Clinic.
